Website Terms

Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the basis on which you may use reynex.co.uk and how website enquiries relate to potential Reynex projects.

Please read these terms before using reynex.co.uk. They govern use of the public website and explain what happens when you make an enquiry. They are not, by themselves, the complete terms for a paid project. Before work is commissioned, the agreed service, deliverables, price, timing, usage rights and other project-specific conditions should be recorded in a quotation, proposal, order confirmation or contract that both parties can retain.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Reynex Remote Systems Ltd.

Company: REYNEX REMOTE SYSTEMS LTD Company number: 17186110 Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ Website: reynex.co.uk Email: hello@reynex.co.uk

2. Scope of these terms

These terms apply when you browse or otherwise use the public Reynex website. By continuing to use the website, you agree to comply with them.

If you become a client, the written terms agreed for the relevant project will also apply. If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed or otherwise accepted project agreement, the project agreement will take priority for that project.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be removed or limited, including applicable consumer rights.

3. Website information

We aim to keep website information clear, accurate and up to date. However, the website provides general information about Reynex, possible services and capability development. It is not a site assessment, flight plan, structural opinion, professional survey, legal advice or a guarantee that a particular operation can be undertaken.

Images, videos, examples, indicative descriptions and capability statements are provided to illustrate the nature of our work. They do not guarantee that identical results, access, conditions or deliverables will be available for every location or project.

We may correct errors and update, suspend or withdraw website content when reasonably necessary. This does not allow us to change an already agreed project contract unilaterally.

4. Enquiries do not create a contract

Submitting the project-enquiry form, sending an email, telephoning us or discussing an idea does not oblige you to purchase services and does not oblige Reynex to accept or perform the work.

A contract is formed only when the scope, price and relevant conditions have been agreed through a written quotation, proposal, order confirmation, contract or other clear written acceptance. We may need further information or a feasibility review before confirming whether a project can proceed.

An enquiry starts a conversation—not a flight commitment.

This allows us to assess the location, required outcome, safety considerations, airspace, permissions, timing, equipment and whether specialist support is appropriate before either party commits.

5. Services and specialist delivery

Reynex is positioned as a professional aerial-operations and remote-systems company. Current service areas may include aerial media, property and venue work, repeatable site-progress capture and aerial inspection support.

Inspection support normally provides visual access, imagery or related information. Unless expressly agreed and delivered by a suitably qualified specialist, it does not include structural diagnosis, engineering certification or another regulated professional opinion.

Mapping, modelling, measurement, survey and other specialist requirements may be coordinated with suitable specialist operators. Some advanced capabilities described on the website form part of a longer-term capability roadmap and are not a representation that every capability is currently delivered directly by Reynex.

Where partner-supported or subcontracted delivery is proposed, the project documentation will explain the relevant scope or arrangement where appropriate. Our aim is one point of contact and the right capability for the job.

6. Operational and safety considerations

Aerial and remote-system work is subject to conditions that may not be fully known when an initial enquiry is made. These can include:

  • weather, visibility and environmental conditions;
  • airspace restrictions, temporary restrictions and aviation activity;
  • site access, landowner permission, privacy, security and local restrictions;
  • the presence of people, structures, roads, animals, hazards or sensitive areas;
  • equipment suitability, safe operating limits and the availability of an appropriate operator; and
  • changes required by law, regulators, emergency services, site management or safety assessment.

Safety and lawful operation take priority. A planned activity may need to be modified, postponed or declined if it cannot be carried out safely, lawfully or within the agreed operating conditions. Any project-specific consequences for scheduling, cancellation, costs or alternative delivery will be set out or agreed in the relevant project terms; these website terms do not create an automatic right for Reynex to retain payment where no service is provided.

7. Information and responsibilities

When making an enquiry or commissioning work, you should provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, including the intended use, location, access arrangements, deadlines and any known hazards or restrictions.

You must not ask us to carry out unlawful, unsafe, misleading or infringing activity. Where you provide instructions, logos, music, plans, data, imagery or other material, you must be entitled to provide it and authorise its agreed use.

Responsibility for landowner permission, site access, notices, releases or other client-provided permissions will be identified in the project agreement. Reynex remains responsible for the operational permissions, planning and decisions allocated to it by law and by the agreed project scope.

8. Quotations and project terms

A quotation, proposal or project agreement may cover:

  • the service scope, exclusions and required outcome;
  • deliverables, format, resolution, revisions and delivery method;
  • the price, taxes where applicable, deposit, payment schedule and expenses;
  • planned dates, dependencies and how weather or operational disruption will be handled;
  • client permissions, access, cooperation and information requirements;
  • intellectual-property ownership and the licence to use project imagery or data;
  • confidentiality, privacy and any restrictions on portfolio use;
  • cancellation, postponement and termination arrangements; and
  • any specialist operator, subcontractor or third-party component.

Prices or dates discussed informally are not binding unless confirmed as part of an agreed written offer. We will provide information required by consumer law before entering into a distance or off-premises consumer contract, including cancellation information where it applies.

Services supplied to consumers will be performed with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in a project agreement may reduce the statutory rights of a consumer.

9. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, text, graphics, branding, logo, photographs, videos and other website content are owned by or licensed to Reynex Remote Systems Ltd and are protected by intellectual-property law.

You may view the website and make reasonable temporary copies needed for ordinary browsing. You must not reproduce, republish, sell, licence, modify, remove credits from or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission, except where the law expressly permits.

Ownership and permitted use of work created for a client will be set out in the relevant project agreement. Displaying an example on this website does not transfer copyright or grant a licence to reuse it.

10. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, hosting, forms, email or connected systems;
  • introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks or excessive traffic;
  • scrape, harvest or extract personal information or website content for unauthorised purposes;
  • impersonate another person or submit information you are not entitled to provide; or
  • interfere with the operation, security or availability of the website.

We may restrict access and report conduct where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, Reynex or others.

12. Responsibility and liability

We take reasonable care in operating the website, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors. You are responsible for using suitable security protection and for deciding whether general website information is appropriate for your needs.

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these website terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, for loss caused solely by your breach or misuse, or for a third party’s independent act that Reynex did not direct or control.

Where you use the website wholly or mainly for business purposes, Reynex is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings, opportunity, goodwill or data arising solely from use of the free public website. Any liability relating to a commissioned project will be governed by the relevant project agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including project-enquiry information. Our Cookie Policy explains the website’s current use of cookies and related technologies.

14. Governing law and disputes

These website terms and any non-contractual dispute relating to them are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If you use the website as a business, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a written project agreement lawfully provides otherwise.

If you are a consumer, this clause does not remove any mandatory protection available under the law of the country or UK nation in which you live, or any right to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.

Please contact us first if a concern arises. We will try to understand and resolve the issue fairly.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these website terms to reflect changes in the website, business or law. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date and will apply from publication.

A website update will not retrospectively change the terms of an existing project contract. Any change to an agreed project will require the process or agreement provided for in that contract.
