How We Work

Clear brief.
Planned operation.
Useful result.

Every Reynex project begins with the outcome—not simply the flight. We assess the requirement, plan around the environment and select the right way to deliver material that has a clear purpose.

The Principle

The aircraft is a tool. The outcome is the service.

A good aerial operation is not measured by how quickly an aircraft can be launched. It is measured by whether the brief has been understood, the operation is appropriate and the resulting imagery or information is genuinely useful.

That is why Reynex starts with the location, the intended result and the people who will use it. The flight, platform, capture method and deliverables are then shaped around that requirement.

An enquiry begins a feasibility conversation. It does not become a flight commitment until the location, safety, airspace, access, conditions and capability have been properly considered.
Aircraft & Capability

A scalable platform for every brief.

Reynex selects aircraft around the operating environment and intended result. The available capability covers compact sub-250g operations, advanced dual-camera aerial imaging and immersive 360° / FPV capture.

Directly operated DJI Mini 4K compact sub-250g drone on a landing pad
Compact visual operations

DJI Mini 4K

Reynex's current directly operated platform for selected aerial media, property, venue, inspection-support and documentation work.

✓Under 249g with 4K video capture
✓Useful where a compact, lower-mass aircraft is operationally appropriate
✓Can operate closer to uninvolved people under applicable sub-250g rules—never over crowds and always subject to site, airspace and safety checks
Advanced aerial imaging DJI Air 3S dual-camera drone for advanced aerial imaging
Dual-camera platform

DJI Air 3S

For more demanding media, property, venue and site-progress briefs where greater imaging versatility and a more substantial platform are beneficial.

→1-inch CMOS primary camera and 70mm medium-tele camera
→Greater creative flexibility for establishing views and targeted detail
→Suited to sophisticated visual media, repeat capture and larger-site requirements
360° / FPV capture Compact protected-propeller FPV drone for immersive aerial capture
Immersive 360° platform

DJI Avata 360

Immersive FPV and 360° capture for controlled fly-throughs, venues, properties and other suitable environments, with added flexibility to reframe viewpoints in post-production where appropriate.

→Native 8K 360° capture with dual-sensor imaging for flexible reframing and virtual camera movement
→Single-lens FPV mode for carefully planned dynamic interior-to-exterior and close-proximity sequences
→Delivery subject to suitable site control, observer arrangements where required, permissions, operating limitations and insurance
→
The right aircraft and operator are assigned to the requirement.Depending on the brief, capability may be delivered using directly operated equipment, suitable hired platforms or appropriately qualified and insured specialist operators. The operating arrangement, responsibilities and deliverables are confirmed clearly for each project.
Operational Sequence

From first conversation to final handover.

The scale of planning changes with the job, but the underlying approach remains consistent: understand what is needed, check that it can be delivered safely and lawfully, then capture with intent.

01

Understand the brief

We establish the location, intended outcome, timescale and how the finished imagery or information will be used. This helps identify what must be captured and what success should look like.

ObjectiveLocationDeliverables
02

Review the environment

The site is considered in context: airspace, nearby people and property, access, obstructions, permissions, local sensitivities and any factors that could affect safe operation.

03

Plan the operation

The capture approach, viewpoints, equipment, operating area and contingencies are planned around the brief. Risk assessments and relevant operational and emergency procedures support the decision-making.

04

Confirm conditions on site

Conditions can differ from desk-based planning. An on-site survey confirms the operating environment, weather, people, access and any new hazards before a flight proceeds.

05

Capture with purpose

The operation follows the agreed brief while remaining responsive to safe and lawful on-site conditions. Imagery is recorded methodically rather than collected without a defined use.

06

Organise and deliver

Material is reviewed, processed where agreed and supplied in a format suited to its purpose. Flight and operational records are retained as part of the professional delivery process.

Before A Flight Is Agreed

Feasibility comes before commitment.

Not every location, date or requested shot will be suitable. Reynex considers the complete operating picture and will recommend changes, postponement, specialist support or an alternative approach where that is the responsible decision.

Safety, legality and operational suitability remain the deciding factors. A flight may be modified, rescheduled or declined where conditions do not support responsible delivery.
Behind The Flight

Professional systems, not guesswork.

The visible flight may be the shortest part of the job. Reynex uses practical planning and recording systems to support consistent, accountable commercial operations.

01 · Survey

Pre-site assessment

Initial review of the location, surroundings, airspace, access and known operational considerations.

02 · Ground

On-site survey

Confirmation of actual conditions, hazards, people, obstructions, weather and the intended operating area.

03 · Plan

Flight planning

Planned operating area, viewpoints, sequence, contingencies and capture requirements shaped around the brief.

04 · Risk

Risk assessment

Identification and management of relevant hazards before and during the operation.

05 · Response

Operational procedures

Normal and emergency procedures supporting structured decisions if conditions change.

06 · Record

Flight logging

Recording commercial flights and relevant operational details as part of professional oversight.

Professional Standards

Prepared for commercial work.

Reynex is being built around clear operating standards from the outset. Training, registration, insurance and structured flight planning are treated as part of the service rather than optional extras.

✓
CAA Registered OperatorOperations are conducted within the applicable UK drone regulatory framework.
✓
A2 CofC Qualified Remote PilotFormal remote-pilot training supports safe, informed and compliant flight planning.
✓
Commercially InsuredCommercial operations are backed by dedicated unmanned-aircraft insurance cover.
✓
Structured Operational PlanningPre-site assessment, on-site checks, risk assessment and flight logging support repeatable commercial operations.
Scalable Delivery

One point of contact. The right capability for the job.

When a project extends beyond Reynex's directly operated capability, the aim is not to force the wrong equipment into the brief. We can work with trusted specialist operators so the client retains a clear point of contact while the operation gains the appropriate platform, sensor or technical expertise.
